By using the BossNitiX website or platform you agree to these terms. BossNitiX is a product of VD Infotech Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Services
We provide a business operating system and related software, development and support services. Specific scope, timelines, fees and deliverables are set out in your plan, quote or written agreement.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful activity.
Fees and billing
Fees are stated in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless noted. Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Project work is billed against agreed milestones.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Your data remains yours. For custom projects, intellectual property developed for you belongs to you on final payment, as agreed in writing. We sign NDAs on request.
Availability and support
Service levels and support windows depend on your plan. Enterprise plans include a 99.99% SLA as described in your agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BossNitiX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand having jurisdiction. Questions: info@bossnitix.com.
